Zoneomics

This app is designed to streamline the architectural design process by providing essential zoning information & automating the generation of detailed 3D envelopes based on given building standards.

General Usage Instructions

From the sidebar, click the extension icon.
Select “Add Extension” from the Extensions menu on the left of the screen.
Search for “Zoneomics 3D Envelope” and click “Add” when the extension appears.
To proceed, you will need to agree to the terms and conditions.
Once added, click the Zoneomics extension thumbnail from the Extensions pane.
Click “Get Started” from the left pane.
Hover over the “LIMITS” option from the toolbar displayed in the map workspace on the right side of the screen.
Specify the area for which the 3D model and control data need to be acquired by drawing the area boundary on the map.
Click on the area you drew on the map which will load up the Zoning and Building Controls data for the selected area in the pane on the left.
Click “Generate 3D Model” to generate a model for the specified area on the map.
You can change the value of any control data item and then click Generate 3D Model to regenerate the model with the new Controls data value.
To order a Zoning Report from Zoneomics for the selected zone, click on the “Get a Full Report” button.
