Simplicity Dynamic Reinforcement

Start by creating the reinforcing bars of the three-dimensional model with the traditional tools of Revit.
Add two-dimensional reinforcement details dynamically linked to the three-dimensional bar.
Add annotations to reinforcement details.
All the details are dynamically linked with the three-dimensional model. Any change to the 3D model has an impact on the two-dimensional reinforcement details.
Commands

Add Tag |
It adds a tag to the reinforcement details. Select the family of reinforcement details (chosen from among that built-in from code). Select a point on the screen to position the new tag. |

Deactivate |
Disable the dynamic link between the reinforcement details and three-dimensional reinforcement of Revit. The changes to the three-dimensional reinforcing bars are not reflected in the reinforcement details. It can be functional in the case of large documents to lighten the commitment of the processor. Full details will be updated automatically by pressing Activate or Update |

Check |
Checks which reinforcement details loose dynamic link to any of the 3D model toolbar. From the dialog box, you can zoom in on the selected detail, and eliminate all or part of non-linked details. |

Add Details (Automatic) |
It adds a reinforcement detail dynamically linked to a three-dimensional reinforcement of Revit. First, select the rebar that you want to represent through the detail. Then select a point on the screen to position the detail. The family of reinforcement detail is automatically chosen. It first checks the built-in families of the document and then processes details that have shape and number of segments equal to those of the linked rebar. Finally, if nothing is found, it proposes to create a new family automatically. |

Refresh |
Forces the update of all the linked rebar details. |

Activate |
Enables the dynamic link between the reinforcement details and three-dimensional reinforcement of Revit. When enabled, modifying any rebar parameter (length, diameter, hooks, etc.) update automatically the linked reinforcement detail. |

Load Family |
Load the useful Simplicity built-in families in the document. In particular: - Reinforcement shape families; - Reinforcement details families; - Annotation families. |
Installation/Uninstallation
The installer that ran when you downloaded this app/plug-in from Autodesk App Store will start installing the app/plug-in. OR, simply double-click the downloaded installer to install the app/plugin.
You may need to restart the Autodesk product to activate the app/plug-in.
To uninstall this plug-in, exit the Autodesk product if you are currently running it, simply rerun the installer, and select the "Uninstall" button. OR, click Control Panel > Programs > Programs and Features (Windows 7/8.1/10) and uninstall as you would any other application from your system.
