Additional Information

Licenses and Pricing

Docuflow is sold online as floating, perpetual, and subscription licenses. Please browse and buy, using a Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) on the docuflow page of archi webstore. Payment is processed via our partner Paypal: all major credit cards accepted.

Requirements

Docuflow has the following requirements in order to print PDFs in the right paper size:

Always use the latest version of Docuflow from our download page.

The installed version of Bullzip must be 11.1.0.2600. Newer versions are not compatible.

The user must have administrative permissions to the Bullzip printer. This is enabled in the Devices and Printers, Bullzip PDF Printer Properties, Security tab: enable Manage this printer and Manage documents for your user.

Check our Revit Extensions page for more information about what other solutions we provide.

Known Issues

The first customer ship builds of Revit 2018 and 2019 are not supported and blocked by Docuflow. The first update of Revit for 2018 and 2019 should be used instead. After exporting DWFx files the Revit printer is in a state that will not allow printing PDFs via the API: in order to print PDFs the Revit session has to be restarted.
