Once the product is installed Keynote Manager will be available in Revit.  You will find it on the 'Revolution Design' tab of the Revit ribbon and on the 'KM+' panel.  The following primary commands are available:

1. Toggle UI - This opnens the main Keynote Manager UI (as either a palette or a dockable pane).  This UI will automatically open the correct keynote file for the current model and allow you to make edits.
2. Keynote Watcher - This function turns the watcher on an off.  The watcher is responsible for automatically reloading the keynote file into Revit.  Note that this is recommended to be kept off for larger teams; see the FAQ page on the Revolution Design website for more information.
3. Reload Keynotes - Reloads the keynotes into the current model manually.
4. Keynote Report - Generates a report of keynotes in the current model.
5. Management portal - Opens the management portal in the default web browser to manage your Revolution Design account and licenses.

Additional minor commands can be found on the small button stack or by expanding the palette.  See the product help for more detailed explanations of each command.

The installer that ran when you downloaded this app/plug-in from Autodesk App Store will start installing the app/plug-in. OR, simply double-click the downloaded installer to install the app/plugin.

You may need to restart the Autodesk product to activate the app/plug-in.

To uninstall this plug-in, exit the Autodesk product if you are currently running it, simply rerun the installer, and select the "Uninstall" button. OR, click Control Panel > Programs > Programs and Features (Windows 10/11) and uninstall as you would any other application from your system.

Licenses are available for purchase from revolutiondesign.biz in standalone or portable (concurrent) format.  Keynote Manager supports a simple XML settings format that supports easy settings and licensing deployment by BIM managers or IT staff for large firms.
