When using the plugin for the first time in a project, it will ask you to add required shared parameters in your room elements, if they are not already detected. The plugin will add the following parameters:

• ENECA_Living room amount
  This parameter is responsible for amount of living rooms in your apartment. It value will be automatically filled in by the plugin.
  
  
• ENECA_Apartment number
  This parameter you should fill in manually. The plugin will use its value like a group key. Rooms will be grouped into an apartment by this parameter.
  
  
• ENECA_Area coefficient
  Value of area coefficient applied to room. Filled in automatically by the plugin using information from settings
  
  
• ENECA_Area with coefficient
  The area of the room multiplied by the area coefficient. It value will be automatically filled in by the plugin.
  
  
• ENECA_Apartment living area
  The total floor area of the apartment's living rooms
  
  

  Approx. For a studio apartment, the living area is defined as the total area of an apartment with a coefficient of 0.75, and a living room with kitchen equipment - with a coefficient of 0.85. (extract from CH 3.02.01-2019). A studio apartment is an apartment with a total area of no more than 50 m2. Apartment planning solution should  provide a toilet, a bathroom or a combined sanitary unit, the absence of a partition between the kitchen and the living room, with a functional division of the room into several zones, one of which is used for eating and cooking.
  
  

  Its value will be automatically filled in by the plugin.
  
  

• ENECA_Apartment area
  The sum of the areas of living rooms, utility rooms, mezzanines and built-in wardrobes, excluding the area of summer rooms, cold storerooms, vestibules, as well as cellars arranged under the loggias (balconies) of the first floors of apartment buildings.
  
  Approx. The area of the mezzanine is included in the area of the apartment in accordance with the functional purpose of the mezzanine (residential, utility), which is determined by the adopted spatial planning decision.

  
  Its value will be automatically filled in by plugin.
  
  

• ENECA_Apartment area total
  The sum of the area of the apartment and the areas of its summer rooms, cold storerooms, as well as cellars arranged under the loggias (balconies) of the first floors of apartment buildings.

  It value will be automatically filled in by plugin.

  
  
• ENECA_Room type
  

  This parameter you should fill in manually. There are 8 different types or rooms

  1 – Living room

  2 ­– Common room

  3 – Loggias and cellars under loggias (balconies)

  4 - Glazed loggias (balconies) and cold pantries

  5 - Balconies and terraces

  6 – Porches

  7 - Mezzanine, floor area under the stairs

  8 - Living room with kitchen equipment
  
  

To use plugin correctly you need to fulfill such parameters as ENECA_Apartment number and ENECA_Room type. If Parameter ENECA_Apartment number is not filled in, the area parameters will be reset to zero. Finally you should start the calculation and place a special mark for room.

The installer that ran when you downloaded this app/plug-in from Autodesk App Store will start installing the app/plug-in. OR, simply double-click the downloaded installer to install the app/plugin. You may need to restart the Autodesk product to activate the app/plug-in.

To uninstall this plug-in, exit the Autodesk product if you are currently running it, simply rerun the installer, and select the "Uninstall" button. OR, click Control Panel > Programs > Programs and Features (Windows 7/8.1/10/11) and uninstall as you would any other application from your system.
