First step: Export families to ATH
The families to be exported and the destination folder for the drawings are selected in a dialog box. As soon as the export has been executed, the program generates in the specified destination folder another subfolder with the name of the Revit project and saves each family in it as a separate ATHENA drawing (Family_name.ath). In addition, for every drawing an XML file (Family_name.xml) is saved, which contains the type parameters of the Revit family.
On completion, the result of the export is displayed in a report window.

The intermediate step of processing the drawings with ATHENA
You can now process the drawings with ATHENA. It is important that the revised drawing is saved with an index (Family_name_a.ath, Family_name_b.ath)!

Second step: Import families from ATH
To import and update the families select the folder in which the drawings and XML files are located. The drawings and the drawings saved with the index are displayed in a dialog box and can now be selected. To update the family parameters another tick box has to be activated.
When the import is complete the result is displayed in a report window.

The installer that ran when you downloaded this app/plug-in from Autodesk App Store will start installing the app/plug-in. OR, simply double-click the downloaded installer to install the app/plugin.

To uninstall this plug-in, exit the Autodesk product if you are currently running it, simply rerun the installer, and select the "Uninstall" button. OR, click Control Panel > Programs > Programs and Features (Windows 7/8.1/10/11) and uninstall as you would any other application from your system.
