Numbering Plus can be used to (re)number any type of element using any parameter.

Use Numbering plus to add well-formatted numbers to your elements and drawings.
Numbering Plus will save data in any parameter you select but the parameter should be an instance, string type and not read-only

From the First Number field, specify the starting number for the whole sequence.

From the Sequence field, specify the incremental value. (if you type 3 numbers it will be like 1, 4, 7, 10... etc)

From the D. Places field, specify the decimal numbers if you want to have them in your numbering system. (numbers will be like 0.001, 0.002, 0.003 .. etc ).

From the Mask field, specify the number of 0 digits you want to give the same look and feel for your numbers as per your numbering system. 
(if you choose 0000, numbers will be like 0010, 0011, 0012, 0013 ... etc).

From the Prefix field, specify the prefix you want to attach in front of the numbers. (if prefix value is GR- then numbers will be like GR-001, GR-002, GR-003... etc).

From the Suffix field, specify the Suffix you want to attach in the rear of the numbers. (if Suffix value is -GR then numbers will be like 001-GR, 002-GR, 003-GR... etc).

From the Category field, specify the category of elements that you want to be numbered. (like Walls, Rooms, Doors... etc).

From the parameter field, specify the parameter that you want to store the whole calculated value in. (parameter should not be read-only, instance & of type string or text).
The parameter can be of Autodesk® Revit® systems like Mark or any other user or custom parameter

The installer that ran when you downloaded this app/plug-in from Autodesk App Store will start installing the app/plug-in. OR, simply double-click the downloaded installer to install the app/plugin.

To uninstall this plug-in, exit the Autodesk product if you are currently running it, simply rerun the installer, and select the "Uninstall" button. OR, click Control Panel > Programs > Programs and Features (Windows 7/8.1/10) and uninstall as you would any other application from your system.
