General Usage Instructions

Normal Usage:

  1. The program is running in the backgroup once documents are loaded in Revit. Open the dialog for iSync on the archi Toolbar.
  2. Set the time for Relinquish, Save and Exit inside the Tasks tab. The tasks can be enabled and disabled separately.
  3. Set your preferred options in the options tab.

 

Recommended Settings:

  • Relinquish: 5 minute
  • Save: 15 minutes
  • Exit: 1 day

Installation/Uninstallation

Install instructions:

  1. Run the supplied installer
  2. Introduce the serial number in case you have a license
  3. Confirm the installation settings
  4. The plugin is now available to run inside Revit.

 Uninstall instructions:

  1. Close all Revit sessions.
  2. Run the uninstaller from the installation directory or from the shortcut in the Windows program menu.
  3. Confirm the uninstallation
  4. The program is then uninstalled.

Additional Information

Please note:

  • iSync will not exit Revit if there are present unnamed documents to prevent data loss.
  • Any activity in the Revit window will reset iSync.
