General Usage Instructions

Download and install the latest version of the Desktop Connector
Download and install the Navisworks Coordination Issues Add-In.exe
Sign-in using your Autodesk ID
Recommended use of 2024 or later Autodesk Navisworks
Navigate to the Coordination Tab within the Navisworks Ribbon Interface
Navigate to the Open Models Tab within the Coordination Ribbon
Select Account and Project
Select Available Coordination Space(s) (Note: Users only see Coordination Space Folders they have access to)
Select/Filter Model(s) or Views (Curated Model Groups) to Open within Navisworks
View a list of Issues that have been created for all models within a Coordination Space
Select Issues to show details in the Issues Panel
Perform Navisworks Clash Detective, Point Cloud Deviation Analysis, 4D Simulation & other extended workflows
View, respond and change the status of issues. View Automatic Screenshot Attachments of Issues in both directions
Hit 'Create Issue' to create new issues within Navisworks for the Extended Project team review
Save as .NWF for collaborative file share and automatic clash detection within Model Coordination Coordination Spaces
Publish .NWD file

Installation/Uninstallation

The installer that ran when you downloaded this app/plug-in from Autodesk App Store has already installed the app/plug-in. You may need to restart Autodesk Product to activate the plug-in. To uninstall this plug-in, you can run the installer again, or click Control Panel > Programs > Programs and Features (Windows 7/8.1/10/11) or Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs, and uninstall as you would any other application from your system.
