Affine Coordinate Transformation based on common points.
The common points are stored in text file in the format below.

The file is prepared by the user and is initially loaded when transformation between coordinate systems is needed. The user can change the common points file and continue to transform objects with the new coordinate systems.
The app can transform coordinates of selected entities and the whole drawing.
Also it supports the function paste and transform - copy entities from one drawing and paste them into another drawing while transforming their coordinates.
