Concrete slab reinforcement tool

The procedures to draw a reinforced slab:
A. Establish settings
1. Select default language + measurement system
2. Model unit & paper unit
3. Naming convention
4. Rebar standard, rebar grade
These are the most important settings that need preparation before drawing. To save time, users may load preset settings files included in the installation folder.
Good settings can be saved and reused later.
B. Draw rebars
1. Select a concrete boundary, and rotate the boundary polyline so that the main rebar directions are parallel to X, Y directions of Autodesk® AutoCAD® model space
2. Select rebar mesh position (top/bottom)
3. For each mesh, enter the following data for a rebar group: Direction, mark (name), ordinal number, diameter, spacing, spacing option, concrete cover
Add the data to the Rebar Group table, each rebar group corresponds to a row in the Rebar Group table. The Rebar group table can be saved and reused for other slabs.
4. Draw main rebar groups
5. Add spacers/links
6. Draw cross-sections
7. Add Dimensions
8. Add annotations
9. Draw rebar detailing
10. Quantity takeoff
11. Plot
Notes:
- Structure analysis/ calculation should be done by another process;
- Steps A, B1 to B4 should be carried out by experienced engineers. However, these steps' results can be saved and reused;
- Time-consuming steps B5 to B11 do not require skilled labor.

Select initial measurement system and language for a new drawing. Previous saved drawings with embedded settings do not affected by this. |

Installation/Uninstallation
The installer that ran when you downloaded this app/plug-in from the Autodesk App Store will start installing the app/plug-in. OR, simply double-click the downloaded installer to install the app/plugin. You may need to restart the Autodesk product to activate the app/plug-in. To uninstall this plug-in, exit the Autodesk product if you are currently running it, simply rerun the installer, and select the "Uninstall" button. OR, click Control Panel > Programs > Programs and Features (Windows 7/8.1/10/11) and uninstall as you would any other application from your system.
Additional Information
You should not mix imperial and metric units in one drawing. You can try, but the result may be inaccurate.
Known Issues
1. In some cases, this App cannot connect Excel® in Microsoft® 365 (Office® 365). The NTCL Error message: "Cannot open Microsoft® Excel®" appears right after the App is called.
This error can be fixed by running "Quick Repair" on Microsoft® 365 (Office® 365). For more information, please refer to: https://www.NTCLSoft.com/home/troubleshooting
2. Sometimes < style overrides> dimension style may appear in the Dimension Style Manager dialog box. In such a case, just ignore the <style overrides> and continue with the main Dimension style.
