1) Launch the app

2) Browse for the active project.

3) Define various rules to replace strings & specify Prefix and Suffix if needed.

4) Exclude/Include folders & files from browser tree as required.

5) Rename files manually if needed

6) Click Rename button.

Double click on msi installer and follow the instructions.

Once installed, launch the application from desktop icon. On first invocation it will ask for the license. User needs administrator privileges for this.

User should activate the tool within 7 days, until then, the app works with full functionality. User has to send registration key to publisher at info@monovative.com and publisher in return will send the license/activation key.

Licensing needs administration privileges. In case user is a normal user, the application will prompt for administration privileges. If the User Account Control (UAC) is not enabled, user may receive error. In such cases, the installation should be done with administration login. Rename Tool saves reports in MS EXCEL. So it is necessary to have it installed on user machine. 

Rename tool does not work with Vault. Also, you need WorkSpace being defined in the project to run this tool.

Launching of the application takes a bit longer time than expected - reason, it tries to load the Autodesk® Inventor® project. We are working on it and will try to address this issue as soon as possible.
