Export Profiles to DXF
Win64, EnglishGeneral Usage Instructions
Running the command prompts for a keyword selection consisting of three modes and an options dialog (All/Selection/Boundary/Options).
All Mode: Running all mode prompts for selecting the profile view for exporting. By default, this mode iterates through all surface profiles drawn in the profile view. Each profile is traced with a polyline and closes each end by tracing around the datum line of the profile view. As needed by SLIDE software, the closed polyline is then transposed to an X, and Y coordinate that corresponds to the profile view station and elevation. Each process profile is also added to an overall boundary closed polyline that makes up the extent boundary of the profiles, as required by SLIDE software. Finally, each polyline is WBLOCKed and DXFed to the location selected and is ready for import into SLIDE software. By default, the app only saves the DXF files to the selected location.
Selection Mode: Running the selection mode prompts for selecting the profile view for exporting. By default this mode opens a dialog box containing a list of surface profile names in the selected profile view that are drawn in the profile view - this allows for selection of only the profiles desired for exporting. This processes each selected profile the same way as the All mode, EXCEPT it does not create an outer boundary.
Boundary Mode: Running the boundary mode prompts for selecting the profile view for exporting. By default this mode opens a dialog box containing a list of surface profile names in the selected profile view that are drawn in the profile view - this allows for the selection of only the profiles desired for creating the external boundary polyline.
