Add VRcollab integration to your Autodesk® BIM 360™ Account: BIM 360 admins can find the VRcollab integration in BIM 360 Account Admin under the “Apps” tab. To add the app to your BIM 360 account, select the app and click “Add to BIM 360".

Connecting BIM 360 account in VRcollab 

1. Go to VRcollab Settings > Account > Link to BIM 360
2. A popup will appear > Allow authorization
3. Your BIM 360 account is now connected to VRcollab

Linking projects between BIM 360 and VRcollab

Method 1:

1. Select the Project in VRcollab that you wish to link
2. Click on the "Change" button beside the issue management and a pop-up window will appear
3. Here, you need to do a few things. Change your "Source" to BIM 360, select your BIM 360 Hub and select your "Project"
4. Under "Model", select the corresponding BIM 360 model in the drop-down list. Models found in the drop-down list are linked to the models in subfolder "VRcollab Models" in BIM 360
5. Click "Save"

Method 2:

1. Go over to BIM 360 Docs webpage and open up the model in the BIM 360 Viewer
2. Select and copy the URL from the address bar
3. Repeat steps 1-3 in "Method 1" above
4. Under "Model URL" select and paste the URL you copied from BIM 360
5. Click "Save".

Creating linked issues in VRcollab

1. Follow the above steps to link your projects between VRcollab and BIM 360
2. Launch the project in VRcollab
3. Teleport into the model
4. Under "Tools", use "Comment" to create issues
5. Any issues created in VRcollab will be reflected in BIM 360 and vice versa.

1. Download VRcollab desktop application from https://vrcollab.com/download
2. Install and launch the VRcollab desktop application and open the project that you want to access your BIM 360 documents.
3. Ensure your Issue Manager (located on the bottom-middle of your screen) is selected as BIM 360
4. Launch project

If the Issue Manager is not pointed to BIM 360, follow these next steps:

1. Change your "Source" to BIM 360, select your BIM 360 Hub and select your "Project"
2. Under "Model", select the corresponding BIM 360 model in the drop-down list. Models found in the drop-down list are linked to the models in subfolder "VRcollab Models" in BIM 360
3. Click "Save"
4. Launch project
