Instructions for Adding Join Integration with Autodesk® Docs to an Autodesk® BIM 360®/Autodesk Construction Cloud® Account:

ACC/BIM 360 Admins can find the Join Integration with Autodesk Docs and BIM 360 Integration in Account Administration under the “Apps” tab. Select to add to your ACC/BIM 360 Account. Your Join Integration with Autodesk Docs/BIM 360 Integration is now active in BIM 360. 

You'll first need to link to your Autodesk account with your Autodesk Docs or BIM 360 credentials. Once this is done, you can navigate your project files and select any that are relevant to your Join Item or Milestone and create a dynamic link to those documents. Only those with access to the documents with their Autodesk credentials can then view or edit them directly through Autodesk Docs or BIM 360. 

How to link to your Autodesk Account:

1. Navigate to the Milestones tab and select the Milestone you want to attach a document to (you can also do this in an Item Attachments section)
2. Select the Attachments tab
3. Select the Add a File button
4. Select Link Accounts under the Cloud Storage section
5. Select the Sign in to Autodesk button
6. Enter your Autodesk Email, and select the Next button
7. Enter your Autodesk Password, and select the Next button
8. Select the Allow button

Once you're connected to your Autodesk account, you can create links to any document from any Join Item or Milestone:

1. Select the Add a file button either in the Milestone attachments or Item Attachments
2. Under Cloud Storage, select Autodesk 
3. Navigate the folder structure to the documents that you want to attach (only the Shared Documents folder can be accessible from Join)
4. Select them by checking the box  on the left-hand side 
5. Select Add Files in the lower right corner
