PLOT allows General Contractors to break down jobsite materials into each individual order and assign a Required on Site date, either manually or by synchronizing with their CPM schedule. Trade partners can then provide Lead Time information that will back-calculate the Order, Approve, and Submit Deadlines. 

PLOT then synchronizes with Autodesk Construction Cloud® Build to listen for updates on Submittals associated with each material. 

Based upon the incomplete deadlines, PLOT automatically sends weekly checklists to trade partners prompting them to take action and provide updates to their procurement actions.

Connecting to Integration Source in PLOT

1. Select the gear icon in the top right to view Project Settings 
2. Click the 'Integrations' Tab.
3. Next, click the integration source (Autodesk Build or Procore), then click the 'Connect' button. 
4. A pop-up will allow you to log in to the integration provider. 
5. Finally, select the Company within the integration partner and then the project you would like to connect. That's it!
