Installation:
This topic explains how to install the Data Exchange – Rhino Connector.

Important:

  1. Make sure you close the Rhino software before installing the Connector.
  2. Set Rhino 8 SR12 software to .Net core.
  3. Change .NetCoreVersion from v7 to v8.
  4. Double-click the Data Exchange - Rhino Connector installer package that you downloaded.
  5. Click Next in the installation setup wizard.
  6. Click Install to confirm Installation.
  7. After successful installation, click Finish to exit.

A few points to note:

  • In order to leverage the power of Revit Connector, make sure you install the 2023.0.2 or a later version of the Revit software. 
  • Install Rhino 8 when testing the Rhino connector. 
  • Ensure you have access to data exchanges in your Autodesk Construction Cloud® project.
