How it works:
Instructions for Adding Leadtime to an Autodesk Construction Cloud® Account:
ACC Admins can find the Leadtime Integration in Account Administration under the "Apps" tab. Select to add to your ACC Account. Your Leadtime Integration is now active in ACC.
Instructions for adding the LeadTime app to your Autodesk® Build account
- Ensure you are an Administrator and have access to at least one project in Autodesk Construction Cloud®.
- Navigate to “Account Admin” and click on “Apps”. Locate the LeadTime app and click “Install”. The app will appear in the “My Apps” tab.
Configuring your LeadTime account
Once you’ve secured a LeadTime subscription, follow the instructions in the following link to configure the integration and set up your LeadTime account: https://getleadtime.com/accsetup
Transferring Data from ACC to LeadTime
- Create a project in LeadTime and link it to an ACC project.
- Import data sets such as Spec Sections, Partners, and Locations.
- Select spec sections or individual submittals to create procurement items and link submittals.
- LeadTime will automatically link submittals and other ACC data to LeadTime items and keep everything synchronized with submittal approvals.
