General Usage Instructions

This guide outlines the workflow for using the integrated RhinoDox and Bid Board Pro platforms in the construction estimating process. The integration allows estimators to manage project opportunities, create proposals, and track bid opportunities through a connected system.

You'll learn how to access projects from Bid Board Pro within RhinoDox, import selected opportunities, build proposals using RhinoDox tools, and maintain synchronized data between the two platforms.

This workflow is designed to reduce manual data entry and centralize project information. The following steps will walk you through the basic process of using these integrated tools, from identifying potential projects to submitting completed bids. Each section provides clear instructions on navigating the platforms and utilizing key features to manage your estimating tasks.

Watch the walk-through videos below for an exact look at this powerful integration.
