How to Connect and Use OpenAEC with ACC/Autodesk® BIM 360®.

ACC Admins can find the OpenAEC in Account Administration under the “Apps” tab. Select to add to your ACC Account. Your OpenAEC integration is now active in ACC.  

1. Initial Access
   • Log in to your OpenAEC application using your credentials
   • Navigate to the Deliver page within OpenAEC
     
     
2. ACC/BIM 360 Connection
   • Select "Connect to Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)" option
   • Sign in to your Autodesk account when prompted
   • Verify that you have the necessary permissions for ACC/BIM 360
     
     
3. Project Selection and Navigation
   • Choose the desired ACC/BIM 360 project from your list
   • Browse through your project folders and files
   • Select the destination folder for upload/download operations
     
     
4. File Management
   • Select the IFC files from your OpenAEC project
   • Click "Upload Files" button
   • Monitor the upload progress
   • Verify the successful transfer in ACC/BIM 360
     
     
5. Data Validation and Synchronization
   • Confirm that all files are properly synchronized
   • Check file versions and metadata
