ArcGIS GeoBIM delivers an innovative, easy-to-use web-based experience for project teams to explore and collaborate on BIM projects using data from multiple systems in a geospatial context. Through ArcGIS GeoBIM, you can connect ArcGIS Online features to Autodesk® Construction Cloud™ and Autodesk® BIM 360® documents, models, and issues. Architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) teams can work with this linked data from multiple systems in configurable web apps that simplify communication and collaboration with teams and stakeholders. With ArcGIS GeoBIM, teams spend less time on file conversion, thus increasing access to reliable up-to-date data. ArcGIS GeoBIM enables secure access to project information, including BIM content, reality capture, documentation, and issues so that project teams can see active information for better decision making and collaboration. 

This integration requires users to have current licensing in both ArcGIS Online and BIM 360. Within ArcGIS, a Creator or GIS Professional user type with GeoBIM extension can create content, while any ArcGIS user type with GeoBIM extension can explore apps. All users will need Autodesk Construction Cloud or BIM 360 subscriptions to securely access their linked project data.
