Contains the Commands:
AREAALL: Total Area of multiple entities.
LENGTHALL: Total Length of multiple entities.
PURGEALL: Purge everything, including Regapps and Orphan Entities, among others.
LAYONTUALL: On, Thaw, and Unlock all layers.
PAGESETUPALL: Copy the configuration of one Layout in all the other layouts.
VIEWPORTSLOCKALL: Locks and Unlocks the view of all Viewports.
