qJob delivers out of the box two context menus when you RMB on a file: 'Sync Properties' and 'Sync Properties and Create DWF'

Click on one of the qJob menus (see, qJob default context menu on files image)

Go to Tools->Job Queue

In the Job Queue dialog a new job is queued (see, Job queue after calling qJob command image)

If the Autodesk® Job Processor for Vault Professional isn't already running then start the Job Processor to get the job processed

Add your own menu item that adds a job to the Job Queue by simply adding an entry (look at the existing entries) in the ‘MenuSettings.xml’ file located at %ProgramData%Autodesk\ApplicationPlugins\coolOrange.qJob.bundle\<Vault Version Number> and restart your Vault client.

Once restarted, you will find new menu depending on the configuration in the entry, which will add the corresponding job defined in the configuration to the job queue.

The installer that ran when you downloaded this app/plug-in from Autodesk App Store will start installing the app/plug-in. OR, simply double-click the downloaded installer to install the app/plugin.

To uninstall this plug-in, exit the Autodesk product if you are currently running it, simply rerun the installer, and select the "Uninstall" button.

OR, you can uninstall it from 'Control Panel/Programs and Features' (Windows 7/8.1/10), just as you would uninstall any other application from your system.

Folder names and structure changes:

The name of the folder has changed where the MenuSettings.xml file is located. Previously before the 2021 version, the xml file was found at this location: C:\ProgramData\Autodes\ApplicationPlugins\coolOrange.qJob.bundle\Contents\V<VaultYear>\MenuSettings.xml. Now the location has changed from 2021 onwards to: C:\ProgramData\Autodes\ApplicationPlugins\coolOrange.qJob.bundle\<VaultYear>\MenuSettings.xml

The intermediate folder ‘Contents’ has been removed.
