Call the command by typing AddLine or directly on the ribbon in the plugins area 

Mark one of the options that suits your needs

• Add consecutive points
• Add non-consecutive points
• Add lines with selection
• Add polylines with selection
• Add all the lines in a Layer
• Add all polylines in a Layer 

Choose decimal precision for numbers 

• 0
• 0.0
• 0.00
• 0.000
• 0.0000

Select a factor that multiplies the distance 

Check or not the 'Distance to clipboard' option, to save the total distance in the clipboard of the Windows system. Use Ctl+v to see the information

Check or not the label distance option to label the dimension of the lines 

Specifies a text height for the distance label

Specifies a prefix for the distance label

Check or not the export to excel option, to save the information in an xls file, it is recommended to check this option together with the label to be able to identify the lines and measurements 

Click accept

Add consecutive points

The user must select different points in the space to be able to do it consecutively, the total distance will be added 

Add non-consecutive points

The user must select two points on the screen until the user presses enter the distance between points will be added to the distance of previous points 

Add lines with selection

The user makes a selection and will only add the distance of the entities catalogued as lines 

Add polylines with selection

The user makes a selection and will only add the distance of the entities catalogued as polylines 

Sum all the lines in a Layer

The user will specify a Layer by selecting any object (only the Layer will be taken), all the entities catalogued as lines in that layer will be added

Add all polylines in a Layer 

The user will specify a Layer by selecting any object (only the Layer will be taken), all the entities catalogued as polylines in that layer will be added.

The installer that ran when you downloaded this app/plug-in from Autodesk App Store will start installing the app/plug-in. OR, simply double-click the downloaded installer to install the app/plugin. You may need to restart the Autodesk product to activate the app/plug-in. To uninstall this plug-in, exit the Autodesk product if you are currently running it, simply rerun the installer, and select the "Uninstall" button. OR, click Control Panel > Programs > Programs and Features (Windows 7/8.1/10/11) and uninstall as you would any other application from your system.
