Description

This app contains two commands.

  1. Export Layer Filters tool that saves layer filters from the current drawing to an external .LFE file (which can be saved on a network volume for sharing).
  2. Import Layer Filters tool imports the contents of a previously saved .LFE file and merges it with the currently defined layer filters.

    DotSoft submitted the 2025 build to the AppStore July 8th, 2024. You will find a netload build (no install) on the DotSoft freeware page.

    Civil 3D includes 2 commands: LAYERSAVEFILTERTREE and LAYERLOADFILTERTREE.  However when loading a filter tree, it overwrites whatever filters exist in your drawing.  This app keeps existing layer filters when loading new ones.
